摘要
目的:建立水中碘化物的气相色谱分析方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法(ECD检测器),利用毛细管柱测定水中碘化物。结果:在所建立的实验条件下碘化物的平均回收率为90.5%~98.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.0%~5.5%,检出限为1μg/L。结论:所建立的方法操作简捷、检出限低,线性范围合理,适合水中碘化物的检测。
Objective:To deveLop a method to determine iodine in water.Methods: Iodine in water was determined by headspace capillary gas chromatography.Results: Under the optimal experimental conditions,the recovery of iodine was in the range of 90.5%~98.5%,the relative standard deviation was from 3.0%~5.5%,and the determination limit was 1 μg/L.Conclusion: The method is simple and the detection limit is low,the linear range is acceptable.Using the method,iodine could be determined in water.
