摘要 目的:建立一种同时测定茶叶中三氯杀螨醇和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的QuEChERS-GC检测方法。方法:样品中的三氯杀螨醇和拟除虫菊酯类农药用乙腈提取,混合分散固相萃取净化后GC-ECD分析检测。结果:三氯杀螨醇和7种拟除虫菊酯类农药回收率73%~101.2%,RSD为1.3%~7.8%,最低检出浓度0.6μg/kg~3.2μg/kg。结论:QuEChERS样品处理方法应用于茶叶中农药残留检测,可以同时测定茶叶中的三氯杀螨醇和7种拟除虫菊酯类农药,结果比较满意。 Objective: To establish a QuEChERS method for determination of kelthane and phrethroid pesticide residues in teas.Methods: Kelthane and phrethroid pesticide residues in teas were eztracted with acetonitrile and analysised by GC-ECD.Results: The recovery rate was 73%~101.2% and the RSD of 1.3%~7.8%.The LOD of benzoyl peroxiode was 0.6 μg/kg~3.2 μg/kg.Conclution: The QuEChERS method has been applied to determine kelthane and phrethroid pesticide residues in teas.
