毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中丙烯腈、1,2-二氯乙烷的方法 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立工作场所空气中丙烯腈和1,2-二氯乙烷的快速测定方法。方法:使用活性碳管采集,用2%丙酮的二硫化碳解吸,毛细管柱HP-INNOWAX分离,FID检测。结果:作业场所空气中的丙烯腈和1,2-二氯乙烷在选定的实验条件下,可同时测定;相对标准偏差0.52%~1.4%;最低检出限分别为0.053μg/ml~0.64μg/ml;线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99995,解吸效率均大于90%。结论:所建立的分析方法简便、快捷、准确、可同时测定工作场所空气中的丙烯腈和1,2-二氯乙烷。 Objective:A rapid capillary column GC method was developed to determinate Acrylonitrile and 1,2-dichloroethane in the air of workplace.Methods: The workplace air was collected by active carbon tube,extracted with 2% acetone in carbon disulfide,separated with capillary column HP-INNOWAX and detected by FID. Results: Acrylonitrile in workplace air and 1,2-dichloroethane in the selected experimental conditions,can be determined simultaneously;the relative standard deviation 0.52%~1.4%;the minimum detection limits 0.053 μg/ml~0.64 μg/ml;good linear relationship,the correlation coefficients greater than 0.99995,the resolution efficiency exceeded 90% except styrene.Conclusion: The method is sensitive,accurate,simple,and the Acrylonitrile and 1,2-dichloroethane in the air of workplace can be analyzed in the same time.
