舟山海岛地区无偿献血血液报废原因分析

Cause analysis on discarding blood that donated without repayment in Zhoushan archipelago

目的:探讨无偿献血的血液报废原因。方法:对2006-2008年舟山海岛地区无偿献血的血液报废原因进行回顾性分析。结果:舟山海岛地区2006年-2008年无偿献血37734人份,报废2704人份,血液总报废率为7.16%,检测不合格是血液报废的主要原因,占报废总量的91.90%,报废率从高到低依次为ALT>梅毒抗体>HBsAg>抗-HCV>抗-HIV。血袋破损及乳糜血报废也存在一定比例,报废率分别占0.26%、0.22%。结论:血站应采取从低危人群中招募无偿献血者,加强对献血者的征询及宣教,献血前增加ALT的快速筛查对减少血液报废,节省血液资源有积极的现实意义。

Objective：To summarize and analyze the causes of discarding blood that donated without repayment.Methods： All the causes of discarding blood that collected from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results： Totally,37734 bags of blood were taken into account,and 7.16% of which（or 2704 ones） were discarded.The main reason was serum disqualification（91.90%）,among of which,ALT was the most common one,followed by anti-syphilis,HBsAg,anti-HCV and anti-HIV.The rest reasons were bag breakage and chylemia,which account for 3.63% and 3.11% respectively.Conclusion： To save precious blood and reduce waste,some steps must be taken before blood collection,such as choosing donors from low-risk population,inquiring and talking with them,and a quick detection for serum ALT is also needed.
