亲和层析法制备蓖麻毒蛋白

Preparation of Ricin with Affinity Chromatography

目的研究蓖麻毒蛋白的提取纯化工艺,为制备抗癌生物导弹和生物农药提供原料。方法以琼脂糖凝胶为载体,D-半乳糖为特异性配基,采用亲和层析法纯化蓖麻毒蛋白;并用高效液相色谱法鉴定其纯度。结果该法制备的蓖麻毒蛋白纯度高,收得率好。结论该方法特异性强,制备效率高,可作为制备蓖麻毒蛋白纯品的一种有效方法 。

Objective To study the purification process for extraction of ricin for the preparation of anti-cancer bio-missiles and bio-pesticides for raw materials.Methods With agarose gel as the carrier,D-galactose as a specific ligand,using affinity chromatography to purify ricin;and identifying its purity by HPLC.Results The ricin prepared by this method was of high purity with good recovery rate.Conclusion The method is specific and highly efficient,and is suitable for consideration as an effective method of pure product.
