摘要
当前学校社会规范教育存在着混淆各类规范的属性,过分强调理性型规范的显性规约,团体规约对学生个人领域的侵犯,规范教育价值诉求的工具性和学生缺乏规范制定的参与权等问题。应对这些问题可采取实施与规范类型相适应的教育,发挥非理性型规范的隐性功能,合理的规约限度和对学生个人领域事件的适宜反应,凸显规范的内在教育性价值,引领学生在学校共同体中博弈生成规范等策略。
The current social norm education has the problems such as the nature of confusing all kinds of norms, the dominant convenant overemphasizing the rational norms, the invasion of group convenant toward students" individual field, the instrumentality of standard value pursuit and the lackness of students" right participating in the fomulation of the norms, etc. To cope with these problems, we should adopt the strategies such as to construct the education suitable for the form of norm, develop the latent function of non-rational norm, rationally set up the limitation of convenant and the suitability of reaction to the students" events in their individual fields, highlight the intrinsic educational value of norm, and guide students to play game and form the norms in the school community, etc.
