摘要
基于圆极化天线原理,建立了一种新型的多模谐振腔加热系统。结构设计中采用3dB电桥及相互垂直的耦合孔,从而在谐振腔内形成极化电磁波,显著改善加热均匀性。与合适的助热保温结构相配合,成功地对ZTA、ZrO2、Si3N4等先进陶瓷进行烧结。建立的加热系统加热效率高,结构简单,操作方便。
A
new type of microwave heating system with a multimode cavity was constructed based on the
principle of circularly polarized antenna.Polarized electromagnetic fields were formed inside
the cavity by the application of a 3dB bridge and two coupling apertures perpendicular to each
other,which greatly improved the heating uniformity.Advanced ceramics,such as ZTA,ZrO 2,Si
3N 4,etc. were successfully sintered using the system in combination with a suitable thermal
insulator.The new system was characterized by high efficiency,simple construction and good
performance.
