加拿大天才教育与辅导及其启示
摘要
一、加拿大天才教育与辅导的源起
在加拿大，各个省和地区对其幼儿园及中小学教育水平单独负责。同样，为天才学生所提供的教育性服务的分配，也深受各个省和地区的教育法、规章以及部级指示的影响。因此，加拿大天才学生的教育与辅导因各省区而异，具有各自不同的特点。总体来看，有两个主题表现得极为突出。
