The establishment of the management system for contract nurses

目的:建立规范、科学的聘用护士管理体系。方法:明确聘用人员的组织管理体系,出台相关政策,建立聘用护士管理档案,编制专门的管理软件。结论:依法用工事在必行,医院要承担适当的用人成本,激励机制是调动聘用护士积极性的有效方法。

Objective：To establish a standard and rational management system for contract nurses.Methods：We define organization system and set up related policies for contract nurses management.Meanwhile,human resource files for contract nurses also were set up and managed by special software.Conclusion：We must hire nurses according to related policy.The hospital should be in charge of the cost of human resources.Incentive system is an effective way to encourage nurses.
