护理部、药剂科联合进行安全用药专项检查及服务指导实践

目的:分析和总结护士安全用药方面存在的问题及解决对策。方法:由护理部、药剂科联合对各病区安全用药方面进行专项检查及服务指导。结果:各病区在药品贮存保管,药物配制、配伍,医嘱执行,用药宣教等方面存在问题。结论:药剂师进入临床为护理人员提供有关溶媒选择、配伍禁忌、药品贮存管理等方面的服务指导很有必要。

Objective：To analyze the existing problems about medication management in wards.Methods：Medication inspection and guide were performed by the nursing department and the pharmacy department.Results：There were problems in the medicine storage,medicine preparation,implementation of doctor＇ orders,medication education.Conclusion：It is necessary for pharmaceutists to provide medication management guide for nurses.
