垂直管理模式下护士长轮岗制效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨垂直管理模式下实行护士长轮岗制度的效果,总结培训护士长的有效方式,提高管理水平。方法:随机抽取需测评护士长所在科室的医生、护士各5名及科主任,采用问卷式匿名民主测评,并在年终述职时进行护士长匿名互评,测评结果分为优秀、称职、基本称职和不称职4个等级。应用护士长综合素质测评表对护理管理质量进行测评,根据年终测评分数计算护士长整体优秀率。结果:实行护士长轮岗制后护士长民主测评总优秀率由原来的85.0%提高至95.0%,综合素质测评优秀率亦较前提高了15.5%,前后比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:在垂直管理模式下实行护士长轮岗制,有利于提高护士长素质和业务水平,促进病区间的交流,提高护理管理水平。 Objective:To explore the effect of head nurses' job rotation in the nursing vertical management model.Methods:An anonymous democratic evaluation of each head nurse was made by five doctors,five nurses and a director who were selected randomly from the ward where the head nurse worked in,and a mutual evaluation was made by head nurses in the end of the year.The evaluation was divided into four levels,those were best,better,qualified and unqualified.A comprehensive quality assessment was made for the head nurses,and the excellent rate was calculated at the end of the year.Results:The total best rate of the democratic evaluation increased from 85% to 95%,and the excellent rate of the comprehensive quality assessment increased 15.5% (P〈0.01).Conclusion:Applying head nurses' job rotation in the vertical management model can improve the head nurses' comprehensive quality,strengthen communication and exchange among wards,and promote nursing management.
