摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病健康教育中心的设立及运行效果。方法:设立教育中心,对培训中心的成员拟定相应职责,采用集体教育、小组教育、个别指导、电话咨询等形式为患者提供帮助,并建立了健康档案。结果:集体教育42次,参加人员达2103人次;小组教育142次,参加人员1416人次,教育后患者的糖尿病综合治疗知识合格率、主动血糖监测、足部检查护理、不良行为改变、治疗依从性提高(P<0.01);教育后CSSD70总分高于教育前(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病健康教育中心的设立及运行为糖尿病患者开辟了系统学习糖尿病知识的课堂,提高了患者的自我管理能力及糖尿病症状的控制能力。
Objective:To establish and evaluate the effect of the health education center for patients with diabetes.Methods:A health education center was established and job description was well defined for the staff in the center.We provided various kinds of help for the patients through collective or group education,individualized instruction as well as telephone counseling.Results:A large number of patients participated in the health education activities;The pass rate of knowledge test as well as health behaviors,such as self-monitoring of blood glucose,foot care,change of unhealthy behavior and treatment adherence were improved after education (P〈0.01);The total score of CSSD70 was also improved (P〈0.01).Conclusion:The health education center provides a place of systematic learning for diabetic knowledge for patients with diabetes,enhances patients' ability of selfmanagement and control of symptoms.
