The application and evaluation of New Barrel Theory in the clinical nursing care

北京大学口腔医学院改革传统口腔医学临床实习教学模式,组建了集牙周、牙体牙髓、儿童口腔、口腔颌面外科、修复于一诊室的综合教学科室。护理工作在其新模式下不断探索、思考并及时采取相应措施使护理服务质量得到持续改进,最大限度地支持、配合临床教学。

We made a clinical teaching reform from the traditional model to a new model through the establishment of a comprehensive teaching department for clinical instructions,which covers the following specialized fields：periodontics,endodontics,pediatric dentistry,oral and maxillofacial surgery and prosthodontics.Students can do general treatment for the patients in the department.Within this model,nursing work is in an ongoing process of exploring,reassessing and adjusting promptly to keep improving the quality of our nursing care service,and we do our best to support and participate in the clinical instruction process.
