摘要
[目的]探讨心理因素对肺结核病人的影响。[方法]对2007年12月至2008年9月山东省6县区抽取的120名肺结核患者和100名健康者使用自制的量表和SCL-90进行调查。[结果]心理健康状况总分,病例组、对照组分别为198.3±37.82分、127.2±35.71分(P<0.01)。其中焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感、躯体化的得分病例组高于对照组(P<0.05),强迫症状、恐惧、敌对的得分2组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组各因子异常率的比较与之完全一致。[结论]肺结核患者的心理健康状况较差。
[Objective] To explore the influence of psychological factors on tuberculosis patients.[Methods]From December,2007 to September,2008,a survey was made among 120 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 100 healthy individuals sampled in 6 counties of Shandong province using self-made scale and SCL-90 scale.[Results]The total mental health scores were（198.3±37.82）points and（127.2±35.71）points（P0.01）respectively in the case group and control group.The score for anxiety,depression,interpersonal sensitivity was higher in the case group than the control group（P0.05）,the score for obsessive compulsive,fear,hostility in the two groups showed no significant difference（P0.05）.The abnormal rate of each factor was fully consistent with the results.[Conclusion]The mental state of pulmonary tuberculosis patients is poor.
