Identification of a Strain of Hafnia alvei Similar to Salmonella

[目的]笔者从砧板涂抹物中检出1株疑似沙门菌的蜂房哈夫尼亚菌。试验过程中发现:该菌ONPG试验结果不明显,容易误判,建议修改GB/T4789.4-2008中条文5.4.2.3;两家厂家生产的血清,血清凝集试验结果相反,试验时需要注意血清质量。

[Objective] A strain of Hafnia alvei which was similar to Salmonella was detected from the smear on the surface of chopping board.The experiments showed that the result of ONPG experiment of this strain was so fuzzy that it was easy for us to misjudge.We advised that the provision 5.4.2.3 of GB/T 4789.4-2008 should be modified;The blood serum experiment results were opposite when we did serum agglutinate experiments using blood serum produced from two manufacturers.We can make a conclusion that we should pay high attention to the quality of blood serum when we do experiments.
