2006年济南地区铁路系统女职工妇科疾病普查资料分析

Analysis on Survey Data on Gynecological Diseases for Female Railway Staff in Ji'nan,2006

[目的]进一步了解济南地区铁路女职工妇科健康状况,为铁路女职工的妇科保健工作提供科学依据。[方法]2006年对济南地区铁路系统已婚女职工进行妇科健康普查。[结果]体检6144人,检出患有妇科疾病的3271例,总患病率为53.24%。其中,子宫肌瘤患病率为21.19%,宫颈炎患病率为20.95%,乳腺增生患病率为16.28%,宫颈糜烂患病率为14.40%,卵巢囊肿患病率为4.95%,宫颈囊肿患病率为4.74%,阴道炎患病率为2.46%。子宫肌瘤患病率随着年龄的增长而逐渐增加,46～50岁最高;宫颈炎患病率,36～40岁最高;阴道炎患病率,31～35岁最高;卵巢囊肿患病率,26～30岁与41～50岁最高;乳腺增生患病率,31～45岁维持在较高水平,46岁以后逐渐降低;上述5种妇科疾病不同年龄的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。子宫肌瘤、阴道炎、卵巢囊肿患病率,运输站段、辅业公司、路局机关女职工的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);宫颈炎患病率辅业公司较低,乳腺增生患病率路局机关较高,3个单位患病率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]济南地区铁路系统女职工妇科疾病患病率较高,特别是子宫肌瘤患病率明显升高。

[Objective] To understand the gynecological conditions of railway female staff in Ji＇nan,in order to provide scientific basis for labor protection for female staff.[Methods]Gynecological examination was conducted to screen gynecological disorders for the subjects.[Results]6 164 female staff took the examination.3 271 of them had gynecological diseases,accounting for 53.24%.The prevalence of uterus myoma was 21.19%,cervicitis,20.95%,hyperplasia of mammary glands,16.28%,cervical erosion,14.40%,ovarian cyst,4.95%,cervical cyst,4.74% and vaginitis2.46%.The prevalence of uterus myoma increased with age and got to the peak at the age of 46-50.the prevalence of cervicitis reached the peak at the age of 36-40,vaginitis,31-35,ovarian cyst,26-30 and 41-50.The prevalence of hyperplasia of mammary glands was high at the age of 31-45 and then decreased after the age of 45.There was significant statistical difference in the prevalence of these diseases among different age groups（P0.01）.There was significant statistical difference in the prevalence of cervicitis and hyperplasia of mammary glands among different occupations（P0.05）but no statistical difference in the prevalence of uterus myoma,vaginitis and ovarian cyst among different occupations（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The prevalence of gynecological diseases among railway female staff in Ji＇nan is serious,especially for uterine myoma.
