摘要
采用概率分析方法,建立了流域或区域的雨水利用规划模型,描述了蓄水设施容量、日雨水利用量和有雨水利用设施后的径流量等3个主要规划指标及其与降雨统计特征量(次降雨量、次降雨间歇期及次降雨历时等)之间的量化关系。应用该模型通过对降雨资料的统计分析,能计算出降雨统计特征量,得到蓄水容量、日雨水利用量和规划径流系数,组成宏观规划指标的各种备选方案,可为决策部门在流域或区域内雨水利用规划提供合理的参考依据。本文以北京市城区的通惠河和凉水河流域为实例进行了模型的实际应用。
A simple model based on rainfall characteristics statistics and probability analysis is developed to support the planning of storage capacity of rainwater utilization engineering.In this model,the major planning parameters,including water storage capacity,daily rainwater consumption and rainfall-runoff coefficient,are related with the rainfall statistical characteristics,i.e.,the amount and duration of a rainfall event,the interval between two rainfall events.From the historic rainfall data analysis,the statistical characteristics are estimated,and then different schemes of storage capacity for rainwater can be calculated based on different daily rainwater consumption and target rainfall-runoff coefficient,which offer the alternative schemes for macro-plan of rainwater utilization and decision-making.The model was applied to the basin planning of the Tonghui and Liangshui River in Beijing.
