摘要
通过对工业遗产的适宜性再利用,强化工业遗产的保护并发现提升其潜在价值的空间,推进新型城市空间形态的重构以完善社区建设,进而带动整个地区的繁荣和发展,是目前我国城市更新进程中面临的重要问题。结合国内外城市工业遗产社区化转型优秀案例,提出进行城市工业遗产社区化转型的实施对策。
