超声引导下胚胎移植患者的护理 被引量：2

摘要 体外受精/胚胎移植（IVF-ET）是辅助生殖妊娠成败的关键,IVF-ET术中子宫收缩与胚胎种植率、妊娠率呈负相关,在超声引导下使用柔软的移植管移植可尽量避免碰触宫底,降低对子宫内膜损伤而造成的子宫收缩风险.同时,予细致的护理尤其是心理护理,可使患者情绪稳定,提高IVF-ET的成功率.
