“卓越工程师教育培养计划”学校工作方案研究

On the University Working Program of "A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers"

参与高校"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的学校方案分为学校工作方案和专业培养方案两部分。本文研究学校工作方案中的主要内容:专业领域的选择、培养模式的多样化、教师队伍的建设、政策措施的制定以及"卓越工程师"的国际化培养等,以期为高校制定和实施"卓越计划"学校工作方案提供借鉴与参考,并为制定相应的专业培养方案打好基础。

The university scheme of participating in ＂a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers （PETOE）＂ should be divided into the university working program and the professional training pro- grams. This paper studies the main contents of the university working programs, choice of professional fields, diversified mode of training, building a contingent of teaching staff, formulating of policies and measures, and international training of outstanding engineers, in the hope of providing reference for universities to develop and implement PETOE university working programs and to lay the founda tion for development of professional training programs.
