责任共担、四方联动:构建新型工科应用型创新人才培养模式

The "Quartet Interaction" Training Mode of Applied and Innovative Engineering Undergraduate Talents from the Perspective of "Shared Responsibility"

国内本科工科应用型人才创新培养还没有形成成熟的、运作良好的培养模式,人才培养不能适应经济转型、产业升级的迫切需要。本文根据利益相关者理论,从"责任共担"的视角,认为政府、高校、企业和学生之间应构建"四方联动"的人才培养模式,以解决本科工科应用型创新人才培养工程实践能力和创新能力不强的突出问题,实现人才培养与学生全面发展、经济社会需求的协调发展。

There has been no mature and well--functioning training mode for the cultivation of domestic applied and innovative engineering undergraduate, so the cultivation of talents cannot yet adapt to the urgent needs of economic transformation and industrial upgrading. According to the stakeholder theory, the paper holds the view that the ＂Quartet interaction＂ talent training mode among the government, universities, enterprises and students, which should be constructed to solve the major problems of the poor application and innovation in training programs of applied and innovative engineering undergraduates so as to achieve coordinated development among the cultivation of talents, overall development of students and the needs of economy and society from the perspective of ＂shared responsibility＂.
