摘要
博士生导师队伍建设是工程科研院所研究生教育的重要组成部分,直接影响博士生的培养质量。本研究通过问卷调查、数据分析和比较分析等方法,构建工程科研院所博士生导师队伍的学位结构、学缘结构、师生比例结构、年龄结构、国外学习经历结构、指导经验年限结构等六大指标,分析、阐述了工程科研院所博士生导师队伍在学位结构、国外学习经历结构等方面具有的优势及在学缘结构、师生比例结构、年龄结构、指导经验年限结构等方面存在的不足,提出了工程科研院所博士生导师队伍建设的主要发展策略。
The construction of doctoral supervisor team is an important part in graduate education in engineering research institutes, which directly affects the quality of doctoral training. By using three methods of surveys, data analysis and comparative analysis, and six indexes which involve degree structure in constructing the doctoral supervisor team in engineering research institute, learning structure, structure of teacher to student ratio, age structure, the structure of studying abroad experiences and the structure of guiding experience, this paper states the advantages in degree structure and the structure of studying abroad experiences. It also points out the disadvantages in learning structure, structure of teacher to student ratio, age structure and the structure of guiding experience in doctoral supervisor team in engineering research institutes and proposes the main development strategies in doctoral supervisor team in engineering research institutes.
