黄斑孔视网膜脱离不同术式的疗效观察

Effect of different surgical methods for retinal detachment by macular hole

目的探讨黄斑孔性视网膜脱离不同术式的疗效。方法根据有无PVR,有无视网膜前膜及牵引等情况,分别采用3种不同的方法,单纯注气、玻璃体切除联合注气,以及玻璃体切除联合填充硅油,对40例(40眼)黄斑孔进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果玻璃体单纯注气治疗黄斑孔10眼,黄斑孔封闭8眼,有效率80.00%;玻璃体切除联合注气治疗黄斑孔17眼,黄斑孔封闭14眼,有效率82.35%;玻璃体切除联合填充硅油13眼,黄斑孔封闭12眼有效率92.30%。结论对于不同的患者选择不同的手术方式封闭黄斑孔均能达到较好的疗效。成功的关键是根据患者玻璃体和眼底的情况选择适合的手术方式。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different surgical methods for the macular hole of retinal detachment.Methods Using 3 different methods：vitreous gas injection,vitrect omy combined with gas injection,vitrectomy combined with silicone oil to treat macular hole.Results 10 cases were treated by vitreous gas injection,8 cases were successful,the closure rate was 80.00% ;17 cases were treated by vitrectomy combined with gas injection,14cases were successful,the closure rate was 82.35% ;13 cases were treated by vitrectomy combined with silicone oil,12cases were successful,the closure rate was 82.35% ;Conclusions To different patients,choosing different surgical approach have a better efficacy in treating macular hole.The key to success is based on vitreous and fundus of patients to choose the appropriate surgical approach.
