外伤致结膜囊狭窄129例临床分析

Operation onalysis on 129 cases of conjunctival sac narrow induced by external injury

目的探讨外伤所致结膜囊狭窄的手术治疗方法及效果。方法 129例(129眼)因严重眼外伤、重症化学烧伤、热烫伤而致结膜囊狭窄者,先行义眼座植入,6个月后再行结膜囊成形术。结果 83例(64.34%)疗效较好,41例(31.78%)疗效一般,5例(3.88%)疗效较差。主要并发症有义眼座暴露1例,结膜囊再狭窄4例,残留上眶区凹陷3例,睑缘融合裂开3例,上睑下垂2例。结论对外伤所致结膜囊狭窄患者先行义眼座二期植入,6个月后再行结膜囊成形术,效果良好。

Objective To investigate the operation metods of comunctival sacstricture induced by external injury operation and to make the patients wear the ocularprosthesis smoothly.Method One hundred and twenty nine cases of serious injury becauseof serious eye external injury,serious chemical burn and scald induced by heat withimplantation of ocular prosthesis stand and conjunctival sac plasty six months later.Results 83 cases（64.3%） with satisfactory results,41 cases（31.7%） with common curativeeflects,5cases（3.8%） with bad effects.Thecheifcomplicationsaretheexposionofocularplosthesis stand,one case,the repetition of conjunctival sac narrow,four cases,uppereye stockef sunken with residue,three cases,rupture of eyelid edge blend,three cases,prolapse of upper eyelid,two cases.Conclusion For the patients of conjunctival sacnarrow induced by external injury,the methods of implantation of ocular prosthesis standfirstly in second stage and conjunctival sac plasty six months later has the satisfactoryresults.
