金融危机前后我国外贸政策调整及其对外贸运行影响的研究

China's Foreign Frade Policy Adjustment and its Influence around the Financial Crisis

自2005年下半年起,随着国家外贸政策的调整及国内外宏观环境的变化,中国外贸增长率开始呈现下降态势,2008年底全球金融危机的爆发则进一步加剧了上述趋势。为此,国家对各项外贸政策进行了调整,其对外贸的提升效果在2009年已获得初步显现。如何在保证外贸稳步恢复的同时,以更有效的手段推进我国贸易结构的改善将成为下阶段中国外贸政策选择的重大问题。

Accompanied by the foreign trade policy adjustment and the change of world economy after the second half of 2005, the china＇s foreign trade developments became slowdown and worsen during the financial crisis. Accordingly, the government readjusts the policy to support the trade growth. For the next policy alternative, how to keep the trade growth and improve the composition of it simultaneously becomes a great challenge for china.
