摘要
通过研究各型摆线针轮行星传动的缺点,提出了采用针轮作为输出构件的针轮输出摆线针轮行星传动的新型传动形式,并对其工作原理进行分析,在此基础上对减速器的结构构造进行了设计和具体零部件的结构尺寸进行了计算。为验证模型的工作原理和装配关系,进行了三维实体模型和动力学虚拟样机模型的构造,并对该虚拟样机及其主要零部件对应空载和满载两种工况条件下的动力学性能进行了仿真分析和有限元模态计算,为实体样机的制造和参数的优化提供了理论基础。
By analyzing the shortcomings of various types of cycloid drive,a kind of new drive named as output-pin-wheel cycloid drive was innovated.The usage of the pin-wheel as output part is the biggest difference compared with the traditional cycloid drives.The construction of reducer and the structural dimensions of specific components were designed after analyzing its working principles.In order to validate the working principles of the drive and assembly relations of virtual solid models,three-dimensional solid models and virtual prototyping were built,and dynamic simulation analysis of virtual prototyping and finite element modal analysis were done in both of the no-load and full load conditions,which provides the theoretical basis for manufacture and optimization of the reducer.
