摘要
分析了空气耦合超声检测中的主要衰减因素;采用时域有限差分法进行数值计算和仿真,研究了换能器脉冲声场特性及扩散衰减特性;通过测量试验获得了实际换能器脉冲声场的声压分布情况,并与理论计算结果进行了对比分析,获得了换能器的远场区距离衰减特性;根据气固界面透射原理,分析了超声波穿透试样的界面损失;通过实际检测试验分析了斜入射角度与透射系数之间的关系。研究结果为空气耦合超声检测方案的制定和参数选取提供了指导依据。
Major attenuator factor of air-coupled ultrasonic was analyzed.Finite difference time domain method was used to research transducer’s pulse ultrasonic sound field characteristics and diffuse attenuator.Practical transducer’s ultrasonic sound pressure distribution and far field region’s distance attenuator characteristics were obtained by measuring experiments.Ultrasonic interface loss was analyzed according to transmission principal on air-solid interface,the relationship between oblique incidence angle and transmission ratio was acquired by numerical simulation and practice testing.Research results provide instruction to testing scheme and parameter selection of air-coupled ultrasonic testing.
