不同因子对华北绣线菊离体培养启动的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以华北绣线菊叶片、茎段及休眠芽为试材,利用组织培养技术,对影响华北绣线菊离体培养因子进行了筛选,建立稳定的华北绣线菊离体培育体系。结果表明:采用茎段作为外植体诱导植株最佳,诱导率达52.5%;最佳取材时期为休眠后期;MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L适合华北绣线菊启动分化,分化苗生长势强,绿苗生长健壮。 In this paper,Spiraea fritschiana Schneid leaves,stems,and dormant buds as the test material,the use of tissue culture technology,Spiraea in north China on the impact of factors in vitro were screened to establish a stable Spiraea in north China in vitro cultivation system.The results showed that: The stem segments as explants induced induction rate of plants as the best 52.5%;the best drawn the late dormant period;MS + BA 0.5mg/L + NAA 0.05mg/L to start for Spiraea fritschiana Schneid differentiation,differentiation seedling growth potential strong,robust growth of green seedlings.
