虹膜夹型人工晶状体植入术矫正高度近视

Analysis of implantation of iris-claw phakic intraocular lens for high myopia

目的虹膜夹型有晶状体眼人工晶状体(ICPIOL)植入术矫正高度近视的安全性、有效性及稳定性。方法对37例(61只眼)高度近视患者行虹膜夹型人工晶状体植入术。术前及术后分别检查裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、屈光度、眼内压、角膜内皮细胞计数、前房深度以及满意度调查,分析其影响因素。结果 ICPIOL术后裸眼视力在术后各个时间点均提高,与术前比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01);术后各个时间点的残余屈光度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在术后1年时,8只眼裸眼视力≥5.0(13.11%),36只眼≥4.7(59.02%);61只眼术后最佳矫正视力均达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力;满意度调查,不满意、满意、非常满意三项比例分别为1.6%、14.8%、83.6%。结论虹膜夹型人工晶状体植入术矫正高度近视安全有效。

Objective To detect the effects and safety of verisyse iris-claw phakic IOL implantation for high myopia.Methods 61 eyes in 37 patients with high myopia were operated implantation of verisyse iris-claw phakic IOL（ICPIOL）.Results Uncorrected visual acuity（UCVA） in vary period postoperatively had been improved（P0.01）.The contrast of the residual diopter in vary period postoperatively is P0.05.13.11% of eyes achieved UCVA ≥5.0,and 59.02% of eyes achieved UCVA ≥4.7 at 1 year postoperatively.The post-operative BCVA of every eye was not worse than the pre-operative one.Conclusion The implantation of Verisyse iris-claw phakic IOL for high myopia issafe and effective.
