摘要
目的观察鼻泪管支架植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法选择慢性泪囊炎37例(52只眼),施行鼻泪管支架植入术。结果 52只眼经过3个月至1年的随访,治愈49只眼,好转2只眼,无效1只眼,总有效率达98%。结论鼻泪管支架植入术是一种微创性、安全、简单、有效治疗慢性泪囊炎的新方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of chronic dacryocystitis treatedby nasolacrimal stent.Methods 37 patients（52eyes） of chronic dacryocystitis were placed nasolacrimal stent.Results Results after following up for 3 months to 1 years,forty-nine of 52eyes with chronic dacryocystitis were cured,2 improved eyes andone ineffective eye,the total effective rate reaching 98%.Conclusion Using nasolac-rimal stent is a minimally invasive surgery,safe,simple and effective methods totreat chronic dacryocystitis.
