摘要
目的 评估胶体金法检测耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的意义.方法 以胶乳凝集法作为对照,比较头孢西丁纸片扩散法、Vitek32全自动微生物鉴定/ 药敏系统和胶体金层析技术检测MRSA 的敏感度和特异度.结果 采用胶乳凝集法检测出MRSA 113株,阳性检出率为77.9%(113/145);纸片扩散法检出MRSA 111株,阳性检出率为76.6%(111/145);Vitek32 全自动微生物鉴定/药敏系统检出MRSA 111株,阳性检出率为76.6%(111/145);胶体金法检出MRSA 112株,阳性检出率为77.2%(112/145).结论 胶体金层析技术适用于临床微生物实验室.
Objective To evaluation of dot immunochromatography gold assay(DICGA) for detection of methieillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Methods The sensitivity and specificity of the method was detected MRSA by the K-B paper disk diffusion method with Cefoxitin,vitek-32 system and dot immunochromatography gold assay were com- pared with latex coagulation method. Results Of the 145 clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus,113 isolates showed the MRSA by latex method and the positive rate were 77.9% (113/145);In Cefoxitin disk diffusion tests,III isolates were MRSA(76.6% ). In Vitek32 system tests, III(76.6 % ) MRSA were detected;112(77.2% )strains MRSA were detected by DICGA. Conclusion DICGA is reliable for routine detection of MRSA,which is suitable for clinical microbiological laboratories.
