食物特异性IgG抗体检测在过敏性紫癜中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨食物不耐受与过敏性紫癜的相关性.方法 采用ELISA方法检测63例过敏性紫癜患者血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体.结果 63例过敏性紫癜患者中有44例检测到1~12种食物特异性IgG阳性升高,总阳性率为69.8%(44/63);特异性IgG阳性率在10%以上的主要致敏食物有5种,阳性率由高至低分别为牛奶(34.9%),鸡蛋(30.2%),小麦(23.8%),螃蟹(11.1%),大豆(11.1%);食物特异性IgG浓度分级结果表明,多数食物以引起轻度不耐受(即IgG浓度为+1级)的病例为主;患者食物不耐受检出阳性率以及14种食物IgG阳性率在不同性别间差异均无统计学显著性意义(P〉0.05);食物不耐受阳性患者中,对1~2种食物不耐受者所占比例较多(分别为45.4%和36.4%).结论 过敏性紫癜患者食物不耐受发生率较高,食物不耐受与过敏性紫癜具有密切相关性.食物特异性IgG抗体检测对过敏性紫癜防治将具有重要意义. Objective To explore the relationship between food intolerance and Henoch-schonlein Purpura. Methods A total of 63 patients with Henoch-schonlein Purpura were enrolled in this study. 14 food-specific IgG antibodies in serum of these patients were detected by ELISA assay. Results Food-specific IgG antibodies were positive in the serum of 44 cases and the total positive rate was 69.5%. The positive rates of 5 kinds of food,listed from high to low,were milk(34.9%), egg (30.2%), wheat (23.8%), crab ( 11.1%), soybean ( 11.1%), respectively. There was not significantly difference between the positive rate of male and female(P^0.05). Conclusion A high positive rate of food intolerance was found in patients with Henoch-schonlein Purpura. There was a close relationship between food intolerance and Henoch-schonlein Purpura. Detection of food-speclfic IgG antibody in serum of patients was of importance for diagnosis, treatment and prevention in Henoch-schonlein Purpura.
