摘要
医学实验室全面质量管理是一个庞杂的管理体系,其中"人"是最主要的要素,人员执行力好坏是能否有效地实行质量管理体系的前提,笔者总结实验室认可活动及运行质量管理体系中诸多不符合项,分析了人员执行力不足的表现和原因,对如何提高质量管理体系中人员的执行力进行了探讨,认为人员执行力是全面质量管理体系的根本保障,但人员执行力的提高不是一朝一夕就能实现的,因此作为实验室管理者要有长期的目标和工作思路,通过质量管理体系下的质量监督结合工作考核,可以有效地提高人员执行力.
The total quality management in medical laboratory was primary factor,so the personnel execution quality was the premise numerous and jumbled ,in which "personnel" was the to effectively implement the quality management system. The author summarizes the non-conformance items existing in laboratory accreditation and operation of the quality management system, and analyses the manifestations and reasons of the personnel execution lacking, then explores the ways to improve it. The personnel execution,which however cannot achieve a satisfactory performance in a short time,was the fundamental guarantee for the total quality management system ,so the laboratory manager should establish long-term goals and working thoughts. Through the combination of quality supervision and job examination under the quality management system,the personnel execution could be enhanced significantly.
