乳房整形术后少见并发症-Mondor病30例报告

Rare complications after mammoplasty:30 cases reported Mondor's disease

目的:报道乳房整形术后少见并发症-Mondor病,以引起同行重视,并正确处理该病。方法:分析本组30例临床资料,结合文献复习,阐明Mondor病的主要特征、治疗及预后。结果:Mondor病临床虽较少见但时有零星报道,只因其有自限性,加之医生认识不足而有所忽视。结论:Mondor病是一个临床上容易诊断但尚未被普遍认识的疾病,本报道以引起同道关注、认识并正确处理乳房整形术后并发症-Mondor病。

Objective We reported the first superficial venous thrombosis of the chest wall （Mondor＇s disease） in the aesthetic and plastic surgery in China. It＇s a rare complication after mammoplasty. Methods To expound Mondor＇s disease：major characteristic,therapy and outcome by analyzing 30cases data with the documents in the study. Results Mondor＇s disease was a rare disease entity,but it reported from time to time. The incidence would rise,the surgeon acquainted with clinical manifestations for the Mondor＇s disease. Conclusion Mondor＇s disease is one of easy diagnose but one＇s knowledge for this is not know generally.The surgeon may treat Mondor＇s disease quickly and corretly by the report.
