3种不同型号AcrySof Toric人工晶状体在囊袋内稳定性的比较

摘要 目的评价AcrySof Toric人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)在囊袋内的稳定性,并比较3种不同型号AcrySof Toric IOL(T3、T4、T5)在囊袋内的稳定性是否有差异。方法对33例(33眼)伴有角膜规则散光的白内障患者,采用颞侧透明角膜切口超声乳化术植入AcrySof Toric折叠式散光型IOL。其中9眼术前角膜散光≤1.50D,植入T3型AcrySof Toric IOL(T3组);12眼术前角膜散光1.50~2.25D,植入T4型AcrySof Toric IOL(T4组);12眼术前角膜散光〉2.25D,植入T5型AcrySof Toric IOL(T5组);观察术前、术后3个月、术后6个月裸眼视力及最佳矫正视力、角膜散光情况;术后6个月测量所有IOL在囊袋的旋转度,并进行统计分析。结果术后裸眼视力及最佳矫正视力均较术前(0.1~0.2)明显提高;各组患者角膜散光手术前后差异均无统计学意义;术后3个月、6个月所有IOL在囊袋的旋转度均在11°以内,术后3个月T3、T4、T5分别为(1.5±1.0)°、(1.7±1.3)°、(1.8±1.2)°,术后6个月分别为(1.5±1.1)°、(1.7±1.2)°、(1.9±1.1)°,且3组间两两比较差异均无统计学意义。结论 3种不同型号AcrySof Toric IOL在囊袋内均有良好的稳定性。 Objective To evaluate the stability of AcrySof Toric intraocular lens(IOL)in sac,and investigate the differences among stability of 3 types of AcrySof Toric IOL(T3,T4,T5)or not.Methods A total of 33 cataract patients(33 eyes)with corneal regular astigmatism were implanted with AcrySof Toric foldable astigmatism IOL by phacoemulsification with transparent corneal incision at temple.T3 type AcrySof Toric IOL were implanted into 9 eyes with preoperative corneal astigmatism less than 0.50 D(T3 group),T4 type AcrySof Toric IOL were implanted into 12 eyes with preoperative corneal astigmatism at 1.50 D to 2.25 D(T4 group),T5 type AcrySof Toric IOL were implanted into 12 eyes with preoperative corneal astigmatism more than 2.25 D(T5 group).Naked vision,best corrected visual acuity and status of corneal astigmatism were observed at pre-operation,postoperative 3 months and 6 months.Rotational degrees of all IOL in sac were observed at postoperative 6 months,and statistical analysis were taken.Results Postoperative naked vision and best corrected visual acuity were obviously higher than 0.1 to 0.2 at pre-operation.No statistical difference was found in corneal astigmatism between pre-operation and post-operation in patients of each group.The rotational degrees of all IOL were in 11° at postoperative 3 months and 6 months.The rotational degrees of T3 group,T4 group and T5 group were(1.5±1.0)°,(1.7±1.3)° and(1.8±1.2)° at postoperative 3 months,were(1.5±1.1)°,(1.7±1.2)° and(1.9±1.1)° at postoperative 6 months,and no statistical difference was found in each two groups.Conclusion Three types of AcrySof Toric IOL have good stability in sac,and no obvious difference was found among three groups.
