摘要
目的探讨适合临床生化检验的测量不确定度评定方法.方法遵循《测量不确定度表示指南》(GUM),采用加拿大安大略实验室认可委(Ontario Laboratory Accreditation Division,OLA)颁布的《医学实验室的溯源性与测量不确定度》评价方法,应用昆明医学院第一附属医院检验科半年室内质控数据对γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)进行不确定度评价.结果 GGT扩展不确定度为8.18 U/l(95%置信区间,包含因子k=2).结论该评价方法简单易行,为临床实验室测量不确定度评价提供了一条捷径,便于检验科完成量值溯源工作.
Objective To explore a method for evaluation of measurement uncertainty of clinical routine biochemistry.Methods According to the guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement(GUM)and the Traceability and Uncertainty of Measurement for Medical Laboratories by Ontario Laboratory Accreditation Division(OLA),we evualted the uncertainty of GGT from the data collected in half a year in the Department of Clinical Laboratory,The 1st Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.Result The expanded uncertainty of GGT was 8.18 U/l(k=2,95% confidence interval).Conclusion The evaluating method is simple and feasible,it can provide a short-cut for evaluating the measurement uncertainty in clinical biochemistry,and help to perform the data tracing work in the department of Clinical Laboratory.
