Ureteroscope Pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Middle and Lower Ureterolith

目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的疗效与并发症的处理及预防.方法采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石396例.结果输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术成功率92.68%(367/396),并发症发生率5.3%(21/396).结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石创伤小,成功率高,并发症少,安全,可靠,疗效确切.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and the treatment and prevention of complication of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of middle and lower ureterolith.Method Clinical data of 396 cases of middle and lower ureterolith treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy were reviewed.Results The success rate of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy was 92.68%（367/396 cases）,the incidence of complications was 5.3%（21/396 cases）.Conclusion The treatment of ureterolith with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy is a safe,reliable,and effective treatment with less trauma,high success rate,and few complications.
