摘要 目的对比研究FLAIR序列与T2加权序列在脑转移瘤诊断中的敏感性.方法对63例脑转移瘤患者行FLAIR及快速T2加权序列扫描,比较FLAIR序列与T2加权序列显示脑转移瘤的差异.结果 (1)在63例患者中,FLAIR上显示病灶306个,T2加权显示病灶238个,FLAIR较T2加权像在显示脑转移瘤的病灶数目方面敏感,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤其是位于皮层、皮层下区及邻近脑沟、脑室旁的病灶;(2)在238个病灶中,T2WI与FLAIR在显示每个病灶大小、边界范围差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对病灶的内部结构及周边水肿差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 FLAIR像在检出转移瘤的病灶数目及显示瘤灶的周边水肿及内部结构均优于T2加权像,可作为常规脑转移瘤检查的补充序列. Objective T0 study and compare the sensitivity between FLAIR and T2-weighted spin-echo sequence in detection of cerebral metastases.Methods Sixty-three cases with cerebral metastases were studied with FLAIR sequence and T2-weighted spin-echo sequence,and the difference in detection of cerebral metastases between the two methods was compared.Results(1)In 63 cases with cerebral metastases,there were 238 lesions on T2-weighted images while 306 lesions were detected on FLAIR images,FLAIR sequence was more sensitive than T2-weighted sequence(P0.05).(2)There was no statistically significant difference in showing the volume and border of 238 metastases between T2WI images and FLAIR images(P0.05),while there was a statistically significant difference in showing the internal structure and perifocal edema of 238 metastases(P0.01).Conclusion FLAIR is superior to T2-weighted image in detection of the number,border extent and inter-structure of cerebral metastases,and may be regarded as powerful complement to the conventional imaging.
