联合目录工作是一项长期的连续性工作。文章回顾了通过全国医学文献资源共享三级网络，组织全国生物医学期刊联合目录和数据库建设的特点，提出了对今后联目工作持续发展的思考和建议。
Organizing a naional union list of biomedical journals is a long - term and sustained hard work . This article reviews the characteristics of the national union list of biomedical joumls in foreign languages and it's database through the National Medical Literature Resoure - Sharing Network in threelevels with some suggestions put forward for the future development of the union list.
