摘要
读者是公共图书馆的产权主体,读者在图书馆事业发展中应发挥主导作用。根本途径是推行图书馆治理模式,核心是建立科学、民主的图书馆治理机制。阐述图书馆服务的现实情况,对图书馆治理机制提出了自己的设想。
Reader is the object of the service of public library. So they enjoy dominant position in library. It is necessary to establish perfect library governance system, which include the strengthening library legislation, implementing the library council system, carrying out diverse reader＇s participation means, establishing scientific readers monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, etc.
