摘要
在呋喃树脂砂型浇注的铸钢件上,选取接触铸型的边界区和远离铸型的中间区制作试样,借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜以及能谱仪,对试样腐蚀前后的微观组织进行了金相分析、微观组织的SEM扫描分析和化学成分的能谱分析。结果表明:靠近呋喃树脂砂型的边界区增碳极其明显,当远离铸型边界区时增碳变弱;铸钢件表层显微组织中珠光体的含碳量远高于铁素体的含碳量。
Specimens were prepared from the steel casting at regions near and far from the interface of the mold,and the microstructure and chemical composition of the specimen before and after corroding were analyzed by using of optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and spectrometer.The results reveal that there is an obvious carbon content increase at region near the furan resin bonded sand mold interface,and the increasing of carbon content degenerates at the region far from the mold interface;in surface microstructure of steel castings,the carbon content in pearlite is higher than that in ferrite.
