摘要
对普通成分铸铁汽缸套毛坯利用铸造余热直接进行等温淬火工艺进行了研究,考察了孕育处理和微合金化对处理后汽缸套性能的影响。结果表明:通过控制离心铸造冷却速度,普通成分铸铁汽缸套等温淬火后,基体也可获得下贝氏体组织,从而使汽缸套的硬度和韧性得到明显改善。浇注前铁液的孕育处理和微合金化会使汽缸套的综合力学性能得到进一步改善。
The structures and properties of the cast iron cylinder were studied after isothermal quenching by making use of residual casting heat.The results show that lower bainite microstructure could be obtained in matrix of cast iron cylinder by controlling cooling rate and the hardness and ductile of the cylinder could be improved obviously after isothermal quenching.Comprehensive mechanical properties of cylinder were improved by inoculation and microalloying before pouring.
