摘要
以钒钛生铁为原材料经蠕化处理后得到钒钛蠕墨铸铁。测试了钒钛蠕墨铸铁的力学性能,评估了其石墨形态和基体组织,通过扫描电镜观察并分析了显微组织和断口形貌。结果表明:钒钛蠕墨铸铁金相组织中蠕化率和基体中的珠光体含量均较高,具有优良的常温力学性能,钒钛元素在蠕墨铸铁中以钒钛碳化物及固溶于渗碳体的形式存在,钒钛等合金元素对蠕墨铸铁力学性能的影响有有利的一面,也有不利的一面,钒钛蠕墨铸铁拉伸试样最终呈韧-脆混合断裂。
The V-Ti iron was used as raw material and the V-Ti vermicular cast iron was acquired by vermicular treatment.The mechanical properties of V-Ti vermicular cast iron were tested;the graphite morphology and matrix structure were evaluated;the microscopic structure and fracture surface of the tension specimen were observed and analyzed by SEM.The results show that V-Ti vermicular cast iron has high vermicular graphite percentage and high content of pearlite,and owned good mechanical properties.V-Ti existed in vermicular cast iron in the forms of V-Ti carbide and V-Ti cementite.Alloying elements,such as V,Ti and so on,have both favorable and unfavorable effects on vermicular cast iron.The tensile specimen V-Ti vermicular cast iron presented mixed ductile-brittle fracture finally.
