摘要
某铝合金铸件体积大、结构复杂、易出现气孔缺陷,X光检验合格率低。通过对铸件结构和工艺性进行分析,收集多种试验数据,论述了该铸件的铸造工艺难点和寻求解决方案的合理工艺方法。
The Al alloy casting of our company is large and complex,which generates blow hole easily and its pass percent of X-ray check is low.Through analysis of the casting structure and processing property and collection of test data,technical difficulties were analyzed and reasonable process methods were found.
