Discussion on the Reform of Collegial Physical Education of Facing 21 Century

在世纪之交， 构建面向２１ 世纪的我国高等体育教育发展战略有着十分重要的现实意义。本文较为系统地分析了当前我国高等体育教育的现状， 强调解决当前高等体育教育存在的诸多问题的根本出路在于深化改革， 并从高等体育教育的管理体制、教育教学体制和学校内部管理体制三个方面， 全面论述了我国高等体育院系改革的内容和方向。

The present ways of drain from the state-owned properties in sports departments, the factors ofcausing the drain and the countermeasures of preventing it were researched demonstratively by visiting andquestionnaires. The preliminary results were that at present there exist phenomena of drain from state-owedproperties in sports departments and the factors of causing the drain are various, which almost relate to allsides of the management of the state-owned properties.
