摘要
以武汉市二环线汉口段钢箱梁临时支架为例,介绍关于临时支架的结构、典型节点的设计和思路。该结构采用钢管格构柱+热轧H型钢梁,所有构件之间均采用螺栓连接。应用空间钢结构软件3D3S对结构进行分析,从临时支架应用效果来看,支架横梁的挠度、钢柱的水平位移和支架体系的沉降等均满足规范要求,其正确性和合理性得到验证。
It was introduced the design and plan for structure of temporary trestle and typical joints by taking temporary trestle on box beam for Hankou Segment of BT Project for example.Such structure adopted steel pipe lattice columns and steel beam of hot-rolled H section.These steel structures were all connected by bolts.Software 3D3S was used as the tool to analyze the structure.From the point of view of temporary trestle application,deflection of steel beam,horizontal displacement and subside of support system all satisfied the requirements of regulation,which verified the correctness and rationality of the design.
