摘要
利用有限元软件进行结构分析时,往往要花费较多的时间进行结构建模。设计方案一旦调整,对于计算模型的修改会十分繁琐,甚至会造成整个前期计算工作返工。对于某些特殊的结构形式,可以根据不同要求,利用Excel VBA技术编制程序,以文本文件格式生成可供有限元软件直接导入的命令流文件,完成建模和对结构施加荷载等分析过程。通过对某液态氮气、氩气、氧气储存装置(冷箱)的结构设计,验证该方法的可行性。实践证明,该方法可以在Excel程序界面对有限元软件命令流文件进行便捷的生成和修改,可大大节约进行结构分析所需的时间、提高设计效率、保证模型的准确性。
Much time is needed when building an analyzing model with finite element analysis software.It would be a hard work when any kind of upgrade or modification of the model is proposed.Worse thing is that the whole work that one did before becomes useless since the model should be changed.With the program technique of Excel VBA,the file in ".text " format can be got,which could imput into the finite element analysis software directly.And this file can order the software to build up the geometry model,load on the model step by step.In this paper,a program based on Excel VBA was proposed to analyze the cold-box which contained liquid nitrogen.Any details of the analysis model could be modified easily in the Excel program,and then generate the new input file upgrade the finite element model.The results confirm that it is an efficient way to deal with the analysis of cold-box.And the accuracy of the whole process is reliable.
