摘要
在介绍射频识别系统的组成和工作原理的基础上,采用射频识别和工业现场总线等技术,设计了柴油机涂装生产线,并从识别系统的实现、程序设计和现场读写站等方面阐述了射频识别技术在涂装生产线中的应用情况。实践证明,该生产线实现了柴油机涂装生产过程中车身信息识别的自动控制和跟踪,并且满足了涂装车间有效、有序地组织批量生产的要求。
On the basis of introducing the composition and operating principle of radio frequency identification(RFID)system,by using technologies of RFID and field bus,etc.,the diesel engine coating production line has been designed.The application of RFID technology in coating production line is described emphatically from implementation,program design and field read/write stations of the identification system.The practice verifies that this production line realizes automatic control and tracking for body information identification to meet the requirement of effectively and orderly organizing batch production in diesel workshop.
