摘要 针对轮胎行业的管理发展现状及其独特的混合型生产特点,提出计划调度一体化系统的体系结构和功能架构。对系统实现的关键技术,如轮胎计划BOM的生成、生产实时数据的采集、工序一体化模型等进行了理论研究和实践探讨;并依据系统研究成果开发的软件系统在生产现场进行了实际应用,反馈结果证明了系统设计的正确性和可行性,表明计划调度的综合考虑是解决轮胎各工序协调生产的发展方向。 In accordance with current developing status of management in tire industry and the unique productive features of hybrid manufacturing,the system architecture and functional structure of the planning and scheduling integration system is proposed.The key technologies for implementing the system,including the creation of BOM for the production planning,real-time data acquisition in production,and integration model of working procedure are researched theoretically and investigated practically.The software system developed based on the research achievement has been applied in production field,the feedback result verifies that the system design is correct and feasible,and indicates that integrating considering planning and scheduling is the developing direction for coordinating various working procedures in tire manufacturing.
