摘要
目的研究温石棉与其4种人工代用纤维的细胞毒性,评价其安全性。方法首先比较5种纤维的化学组分,其次进行中国仓鼠肺细胞(V79细胞)培养,观察细胞存活率、培养液pH值、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力、葡萄糖(GLU)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、硅(S i)、铁(Fe)的水平。结果纳米二氧化硅(S iO2)细胞存活率最低,岩棉细胞存活率最高,与对照组相比,温石棉及4种代用纤维在pH、LDH活力、GLU、Ca、Mg、S i、Fe的水平上差异有不同程度的统计学意义,以纳米S iO2毒性最高,岩棉最低。结论本次研究提示,从细胞毒性角度,岩棉有望作为温石棉人工替代品。
Objective To compare the cytotoxicities of chrysotile asbestos and four artifactitious substitute fibers and to evaluate their hazardousness.Methods Chemical compositions of chrysotile asbestos and four artifactitious substitute fibers were analyzed.V79 cells were cultured.The cell viability,activity of lactate dehydrogenate(LDH),levels of glucose,Ca,Mg,Si and Fe of different groups were taken as the indexes of cytotoxicity.Results The cell viability of nano-SiO2 was the lowest while the rock wool was the highest.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences between chrysotile asbestos and four artifactitious substitute fibers in LDH,pH,levels of glucose,Ca,Mg,Si and Fe.The nano-SiO2 showed the highest cytotoxicity,while the rock wool showed the lowest.Conclusion The result of cytotoxic tests suggests that,among four artifactitious substitute fibers,rock wool was the one most possibly replace chrysotile asbestos.
